This mod changes the awful Rain effects in Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy, making it much lighter and better looking!
This mod is compatible with all three games: GTA III, GTA Vice City and GTA San Andreas.
Installation:
Copy the .pak files to your GTA III/ViceCity/San Andreas Definitive Edition/GameFace/Content/Paks/~Mods/ folder.
